Sewell sells a bottle of Lexus cleaning solution for like $20, but I suspect it's just watered down soap...still, it's enough probably for the life of the car so you can get that if you wanna be extra safe... if not you're likely fine just shaking out the obvious junk, then cleaning it yourself with some dish soap and warm water solution, let it sit for like 10 minutes, then rinsing with clean water and letting it air/sun dry....
NOTE- unless you're in nevada in the summer or something, expect 2 days to dry (a few folks have said as long as 3), so have your stock one handy or expect to not drive for a couple days.

Replacing oem headers with aftermarket (ie. ppe) increases horsepower by improving the removal/exit of exhaust from the engine, thus making the engine more efficient. Improved efficiency of exhause removal also makes the exhause louder as a secondary effect.

The headers from what PPE says will give you a gain of 16 rwhp. I've seen here on the forums spikes of up to 21 rwhp from them. They also add a bit of a rasp at the higher RPMs.
Some may say it sounds ricey, I say it sounds just right
