Thanks Hoac! That sounds absolutely sick!

So is it true that the exhaust contributes noise from 0-3k rpm, and then stops and intake noise kicks in? I now have only F intake, hesitating on the F exhaust.

Is intake + exhaust a lot louder than intake alone?

Most of the sound you are hearing in the first video is the exhaust. Most of it in the 2nd is the intake. It just depends on where you are relative to the car, inside you hear the intake, outside you hear the exhaust which is augmented by the intake (the sound that is). I got the exhaust first then the intake so i'm not sure what it sounds like without to be able to compare.

A cold start up at 0230 in the morning is always going to sound more "throaty," deep and be louder then it normally would sound after the car has gotten time to warm up, especially when the temp outside is cold.

In my opinion, what you hear is more a matter of the RPM you are at rather than where you are relative to the car. You really only hear the intake at higher RPM's and it sounds like a sucking sound; as for the exhaust you should hear that throughout during low and high RPM's.
