Keep the stock parts for when you sell/trade in the car. Mods usually mean a lower price and a smaller market.
Mods like "slammed on 20s and no cats!" can hurt resale.
A very simple nearly-stock looking intake, not so much.
Though you're probably best off (if you go F-sport) keeping the stock parts just because you can then resell the F-sport for a couple hundred bucks before selling the car.

Unless it's installed incorrectly (ie an air leak someplace) mileage will be exactly the same (assuming the exact same driving- which is where folks wanting to hear the intake more think it's "hurting their mileage"), since the MAF/IAT/O2 feedback system is still there.
it shouldn't void the warranty b/c f-sport is made by Lexus.... correct me if I'm wrong anyone..
One would think not but if I'm pretty sure if didn't buy and have it installed directly from Lexus they probably will give you a hard time should any issues related to it would come up. But post some vids I would like to hear it
will installing the F-sport intake will void the warranty ?
I can't speak for Dubai.
But in the US, nothing can "void" a new car warranty.
The worst thing that can happen is if a part you install causes a problem (and it's on them to prove it did) they aren't obligated to fix that problem... anything else remains under warranty.
Installed correctly though I can't think of any problem any of the common 2IS intakes even could cause though.
