Refused as they never worked on a Lexus
Before and won't take a chance doing so

An exhaust is an exhaust. Not such what their issue with not installing one would be...but if you put up car up on a rack or on stands high enough, you can install it yourself.

Which exhaust system might you be looking at?

any of the axle-back exhausts (ie ones that don't touch the cats) takes 15 minutes to install with a pair of $20 car ramps and a couple wrenches.

I'd stay far, far, far away from any "shop" that couldn't handle that.
