thanx for the info guys, really preciated
I'll take it the track once again to compare. Last time a 5.0mustang's tranny popped thats when **** started
when i busted the burn out, only my rear passenger side tire was burning i found out and during the second launch, that wheel was spinning hard at 1st and 2nd, then it griped, thats why i don't like doing a burn out at the track.
From personal experiance i can say that no burn out= better launch!
i'll look for the 110 octane results with full system in trunk.
get back with that sooooon.

Do you still have your stock wheels?
If so you can mount some Nitto or BFGoodrich drag radials and cut some 1.8s... could hand you that juicy 12 second slip
for 16s" NT 555R Drag Radial 245/50R-16
or Comp T/A Drag Radial P255/50R-16
for 17" NT 555R Drag Radial 275/40R-17
or Comp T/A Drag Radial P275/40R-17

I disagree with NOT Power braking. If you do it right you will get a better launch. Hense "Launch control modules" which activate off a button.

nos NOT ENGAGED until after 60' (power brake launch @ 2200rpm)
good luck!

Well, surely don't feel bad about your times (maybe feel a little bit bad about caps lock.) These look exactly like mine. . .I'm barely able to break into the high 14s unless the weather cooperates. Its about time someone got realistic times and not the adjusted-for-sea-level-no-humidity-wind-at-our-backs times the magazines put out.
Of course, we're men, we compare, and the magazines are our bibles. I had a BMW 530 or 540 *wagon* give me a good run on the street. Icky. Our cars need a little juice to get these good numbers, because once the horsepower cold war started (with the arrival of the GS4, the fastest sedan made, in 1998), the Germans and the British never let up.
But when my GS500* gets here, I'm going to give it to them.
*Not an actual model. Photos may vary. Consult your dealer.
