I have the HKS Hi-Power myself but the highway drone is just too damn annoying so now its just sittin in my closet lol. How much of a difference is the cabin with the silencers in because the youtube videos don't justify how it is in real life. Also where can I get these silencers? Help is greatly appreciated!!

In my opinion, the drone with the hks alone is nothing. With silencers, you barely hear it. The silencers make it as quiet as the tanabe inside the cabin. You might be able to get the silencers from the hks website but I'm not sure; mine came with the exhaust when I traded exhausts

I heard grasso's car at WOT from the outside and it sounds mean and crisp with some raspiness...but i didnt know the HKS was so drony. I hate drone cuz i do about 99% hwy driving constantly below 2.5k rpms (70mph is like 2k-2.1k rpms). Ive had v-8s withsome bad drone worst 2 being a GS400 with borla CF exhaust and a 98 cobra with flowmaster american thunder catback w/ 2 chamber mufflers........but too much drone sounds pretty buzzy and annoying from the inside of 4 and 6 bangers (ricey),
In previous cars the raspier the noise the less drone. A grasso did you have the HKS on before the midpipe? If so did you have more drone after the midpipe or less? Maybe thats just on V-8s because the drone is so deep.

According to it, silencer reduced drone without reducing sound level.

Yeah I had the exhaust before the mid pipe. It was loud until like 4k pm then quiet until the freeway. After the mid pipe the drone increased significantly but I personally love it
. I only put the silencers on when taking alot of people or going on a very long drive
