Default question on safc

ok first of all i have an 02 BO auto and these are the plans for my setup:
srt intake (already installed)
header/y pipe
apexi ws2 catback
bc stage 2 cams
adjustable cam gear
safcII
dyno tuning

my goal is 230 whp which seems realistic based on similar setups ive seen.

from my understanding with the adj cam gear -4 will yeild the most performance but ive heard people say without tuning with the cams the most they can go is -2 without getting a cel. my question is with the piggyback will i be able to run the -4 or well i pretty much be limited to -2 degrees without a standalone?

also im aware of the need to relocate the o2 bung on the megan headers but does anyone know if the obx header is the same as the megan and also has the same problem?
has anyone seen the header on suprastore.com its alot more pricey but i wouldnt mind spending the coin if i knew it was higher quality?

if anyone has any comments/concerns on my setup feel free to post, i will also be doing the timing belt at the same time as the cams/cam gear as im at 88k right now. thanks

stock is about 215 at the crank. wbhp is about 190. with that set up you should be able to get to your mark, but you may want to look into a bigger fuel pump. it is a normal thing that everyone forgets,,, they do all the other stuff but forget if you dont have enough fuel you will go BANG.

the factory fuel pump is sufficient for anything you will do while keeping the car naturally aspirated...

the fuel supply issue is that the factory system is returnless and is a steady pressure, not rising rate as many cars use... on top of that, the factory fuel injectors are small, though they are still big enough for around 250 hp...

Can any of you guys comment what is your average MPG with these mods? i am wondering if my MPG will drop drastically if i do intake, headers, exhaust, cam gear and a SAFC NEO with a tune.
