It doesn't matter if your in CA or not changing out your headers is illegal.

The PPE headers delete the cats, but you can buy high flow cats from them if you don't want to go catless. This also removes the problem of any CEL lights.

Its the fact that you are removing the stock cat coverters that makes it "illegal" so if your going to switch out the headers you just gotta say "Eff the police!!" and do it ,) no matter which you go with.

As for passing inspection... well thats what good ol mr andrew jackson to a friendly mechanic is for.

Yeah, the PPE headers are illegal in all 50 states regardless of if you get em with cats or not, since they require removing your factory, working, cats.

That said, if you live someplace that doesn't do a visual emissions check, you're very unlikely to get caught.

I think Megan is a waste of money
Do they still make mazzuri headers, weren’t does discontinued?
If they still make mazzuri , then its between mazzuri, ppe and jun-tw.

Mazzuri went out of business a couple years ago.

The Jun-TW are designed for the 250, not 350 (and were insanely overpriced at that last I knew)
