When I first had my exhaust on.. It was loud as hell and I thought I, made a terrible mistake. But now after about 500ish miles.. It got much quieter.. and I know its not just me...because when i have my radio on... and when it was in the 30's I could totally hear it when accelerating... but now.. not anymore. =P

They claim on the Lexus website that the F Sport Exhaust System will boost low- to mid-range torque and acceleration. Before I shell out the grand what is the consensus on the hp/torque gain?

Default Fsport exhaust

How much is it to get the fsport exhaust and get it done from the dealer? My is350 is still under warranty thats why I'm doing it through the dealer.

you dont have to buy it from the dealer or install it at the dealer for warranty.

Purchasing the exhaust from the dealer would give you a one year warranty on the part.

Purchasing from a 3rd party gives no part warranty and voids the warranty on the stock exhaust. If something were to happen to your car, they would have to prove that it was the exhaust and it was the installation of that part that caused the problem.

exhaust is not a moving part so warranty or not is not a problem. I have it for 3 years without a single problem.

I have an IS350c with 50k on it and even to my sporting ears these are on beginning edge of loud. I like them but I wish they were just a tad bit quieter.
