The line it self was $38.00 and the retaining clip is $2.30. then all you have to to is but he remaining length of fuel injection hose and run it to the return line coming off the engine. Just an option fork those guys that don't feel like doing the whole JPK thing or drilling a hole in their stock assembly and using a bulk head fitting. Currently the JZS161 fuel pump assemblies are going for $138.00 ON EBAY. Like I said its just another option. Im just trying to keep it as stock as possible. Well with the exception of a FMIC and an full 3in exhaust!! Check the attachment to view the line Im talking about. If you do go this route, don't forget to order the yellow retaining clip as well!! Ill post up some pics as soon as mine gets here and is installed.
Is this fuel return modification a requirement for all Aristo swaps on the 2GS? I just received my VVT-i Aristo 2JZ for my 2001 GS430. Im thinking about going single white the motor is out. Thank you!

Yes, you need to run a return feed from the motor to the tank, and eliminate the in-tank FPR that is integrated into the GS pump hanger assembely. The GTE motors have the FPR on the fuel rail.

There are tons of different threads around here for it, but you can either mod the stock hanger to eliminate the fpr, use the aristo hanger assembely, get the SARD jet pump killer kit, or use the complete SRT dual pump hanger kit.

No matter which option you do, you will still need a return feed, and this return feed is also what will operate the passenger side tank siphon.

More pics. The pumps are mostly the same with the exception of the return nipple on top and the black return line that Im pointing at in one of the pics. Also you can see the new feed line on the left that I ordered for Lexus Of Seattle to use as the return line. So what you are looking at is two of the same lines. Just the one on the left is being used as a return line. The line was $38 and the yellow clip was $3. I ordered the Aristo pump assembly on Ebay. It was around $200 shipped from Japan.

Default Question

What is everyone doing with the evap line that runs along the passenger side up to the stock air box? I noticed that there is no connection for this on the GTE air box? Im assuming that it needs to be connected some how.

Yes for the gs evap system to work properly it needs to have turbo inlet vac pulled on it, anywhere you can hook it up pre-turbo is fine. Although car will work fine with evap disconnected if you can hook it up the evap system will function properly still.

Default GE and GTE throttle cables

Got my new GTE throttle cable in today. Here is a pic of them both. The longer cable of the two is the GTE cable.

Just a quick update. I installed the supra throttle cable, and had my exhaust fabbed up today. I also made a few new grounding wires for the engine and transmission. I also had to drop the transmission fluid pan. It had a slow leak so i dropped it, cleaned it out and resealed it. I took a bunch of pics over the weekend but I have not had time to post them. I will in the next few days. Its 2:43 am here and I just finished working on the car. lol FML
