Cut off my resonator at a local shop for $45. A little bit of back pressure may have been lost, but the sound is AWESOME! Sounds similar to my G when I had an exhaust on it. Very happy with the results.

Deleting your resonator is a great cheap alternative to the midppes. I had the Fsport exhaust/intake/resonator delete combo and it sounded nice but a bit too raspy for my taste.

After installing the invidia midpipe. the sound was much deeper, but still not enough for me so Im getting the HKS Hi-Power exhaust in June

I Went to a muffler shop, they cut out the resonator, welded in a pipe, now its loud as **** and sounds sick.
You'll definitely hear the difference.
30$ - 15 minutes

GoingBig, that's what it sounds like.

Bob, I can do better than that. I'm in town so I'll stop by in person. I know you have the camera capabilities so we can make a vid if you are down.

If you want to spend the $300 and have a nice deep (not as raspy) sound then just get the midpipes. If you want be cheap then get your resonator deleted. I dont mean to sound mean or anything, Im just giving you my honest opinion since I've had both already

I've been waiting on a used one too. Got close on one, but it got sold before I could take a look at it. Resonator delete is good tho...should be happy with it for about 6 months lol.

In between your headers/cats and the muffler.

It's the longest pipe located between the headers/ primary cats and the axle back exhaust. Google a picture of "Invidia midpipe" and you'll see what it looks like.
