HOW to swap a 2jzgte in a 98 gs300
I have done my searches and just want a clear answer. I have a 98 gs300 and want to install a 2jzgte vvti from an aristo with the auto transmission.
Im looking for the most simple swap.
Does anyone have a archive thread or link to list out what is needed?

What I mean by simple is using the same drive shaft, not having to cut up the wiring harness and splicing the dash harness.
****-adkt, no need to be a **** head about it. It was a simple question. I have done alot of swaps myself however since my gs is a daily driven car I dont want to have a 3 month downtime and get an idea of exactly what I would need.

Just search Ariso swap and you will find tons of information as long as youre willing to read threads pg by pg. You will have better luck doing that than asking in a post because theres a lot of d***s on CL. If you have all the parts ready to rock the swap can be done in a weekend according to a lot of helpful informative members.

READ, and research, you don't need it done tomorrow. There is no reason you can't research the swap for a few days. I've read on this site and other sites about GTE Swapped GS's for a long time now and i don't even own the car yet. Atleast you picked an "easier" year.

Haha, you guys lettin' ****-adkt bother you that much? You did notice his sig right? Don't take it so personal. But do realize this is the most asked performance related question that just gets ridiculous day after day of the exact same posts. There was obviously no real searching done when the question is so vague.
