As they say, you gotta pay to play. Unfortunately, there is no such thing as cheap performance. If you do decide to get it done do it once by doing it right.

Will the diff from an sc300 with the supra tt lsd with 4.27 gearing work in the gs400 and if so how different will the gearing be?

If you do a lot of highway driving 4.27 gears wouldn't be ideal.
