Yup, but bear in mind it's a guess... based on the following items:
The RWD ones dyno between 10-18 at the wheels depending on which dyno you go by.
When Mazzuri briefly made headers his RWD ones were in the 15+ range... but the AWD prototypes produced a bit less.
Therefore it's likely the PPE AWD ones produce a bit less than the RWD ones, but I can't imagine it's much less than the low end of what we've seen.... hence 10 whp is an educated guess.
Sadly it appears PPE never dynoed them and just repeat the "up to 18 whp" results they got on one of their RWD tests for all their 2IS headers.
Anyway, pricing is $625 bare steel (which I wouldn't suggest) or $825 or $875 for polished or black ceramic coating respectively.... install is 6-10 hours from most stories I've heard, so plan for the labor cost of that if you're not doing it yourself.
Also be aware you'll be removing your stock primary cats, which is illegal in all 50 US states (hence why it disclaimed "for offroad use only" on their web page).
Personally between headers, intake, and exhaust, you're halfway to the cost of upgrading to a 350, and only getting about 1/4 the hp gain.... so IMHO it makes little sense to mod a 250 for power (at least in countries the 350 is available in)
