from what i understand the power you gain in the high RPM's is lost by the low RPM's with the SRT intake. I read a super long thread explaining this somewhere on CL.

the thing about GS300 is theres only 2 intake brands (besides from the cheap ebay ones)

only the Weapon R and SRT work for the gs300

Default Great Response

Thanks Guys for all the input. I love the dialog. Keep this updated if you install mods or learn of mods that may boost performance...

Not sure what's going on with your mileage. I average 21mpg with 50/50 city/highway agressive driving. I have a K&N filter installed and aftermarket exhaust. My GS300 can still light up the rears at 14yrs old. Try running a few bottles of Chevron Techron (not the cheap bottle - the more expensive one) through it and then change your plugs. I also cleaned the intake by removing the vacuum line from the driver side cylinder bank and spraying about a whole bottle of intake cleaner in there. 2 weeks ago on vacation with the family I averaged 24 mpg highway at about 80mph (4 people & full trunk). I love my GS300 the more I mod it and i'll soon have more power than the GS4 (insert evil laugh here).
