Default AEM VS. Injen for IS250

Hey everyone,

I just bought a 2006 IS250 RWD and i love it. but i feel the car could use a little more kick and a bit more sound. i was looking into a cold intake system as they are affordable and easier to install as opposed to a brand new exhaust.

Which do you recommend for the is250? aem or injen?

I also live in canada so it snows and rains often if that has anything to do with it..

thanks!

Despite what the marketing material says, neither is a true cold air intake (indeed, nobody offers one for the 2IS).

The coldest air you'll get from any aftermarket intake, and for the least money, is the Joe Z, since it retains the sealed stock airbox.

the short rams like you're looking at will be the loudest though

AFE Takeda intake is another option as well, however the Joe Z is one of the most economically priced quality intake.
