Default Cost of going NA-T..

My buddy has an is300 and wants to go turbo. I know this has probably been covered before, but I wanted to get a few opinions from you guys on how to do it and costs of going na-t. He wants around 350-380 hp. Is this possible without opening up the engine? Is the club na-t turbo kit any good? or should I piece together a turbo kit for him. The car is a very low mileage car with around 35k on it so the motor is pretty healthy.

So basically what is the cost of going turbo for a goal of around 350-380 hp. What turbo kits do you guys recommend?

thanks in advance

I believe SRT has a nice turbo kit for the IS300. I think its around $6k or so. Check it out.
