Check EBay for the part!
I had this exact same problem on my 2008 is 250 AWD. Could not find the dual exhaust pipe anywhere and car was making a whistling sound as a drove. Had luck on eBay and the part was shipped in from Canada. Had the local garage install it and problem solved.
i couldn’t get just the mid pipe, only the set but it was otherwise impossible to find. Hope this helps!

How is your eBay exhaust holding up? Any CEL issues with the aftermarket cats?
