Default Modifying the transmission

Has anyone seen any one modify their auto in anyway?
I know these guys do http://www.importperformancetrans.co...rts.-63-1.html

But at those prices doubt its worth it, just curious if anyone knows anyone who has tried messing around with the auto.

Modify what exactly? The converter? The trans shift points? The delay in-between shifting?

This looks similar to the "transgo" shift kits that basically replaces a few springs in your valve body. DIY isn't hard, just time consuming and messy.

If you want to see what this does, youtube videos of "g35 transgo" or "350z transgo." Mainly faster, crispier shifts, chirp tires, etc...

Yea I figure that's what it's for, but I don't know the spring rates that need to be changed and such.
They even include a video for the tear down and assembly.

Gville350, the only thing they offer for the IS350 is the "shift kit" service. They have a high stall converter for the A750 but not for the A760, maybe it would fit.

I've done lots of stuff to my IS and have done shift kits in older cars, but don't know if I would want to try and tackle something like this. It would be expensive to get fixed if you put it back together and it didn't work properly..... Honestly, I'm pretty satisfied with the shift points when in power mode anyway and would be concerned with how a mod like this would work in conjunction with the computer.
