if the f-sport rear anti-sway bar part number is PTR0253080 (no brackets), then you'll need 2x rear anti-sway bar bushing brackets - P/N 48824R (for 2006-2008 ISx50's).
if the f-sport rear anti-sway bar part number is PTR0253080KIT, then you will not need anything else.
refer to my (now closed) F/S thread for clarification:

thanks for reading.

So much mis information here
Rear sway bars for a 2008 come with bushings. Installation on a 2009+ will will work but, you need to read this thread:
https://www.clublexus.com/forums/sus...different.html
If Tommy reused the stock bushings on an F-Sport bar, you aren't getting the most out of the bar.
1. The bushings were meant to be used on the smaller stock bar.
2. The F-Sport Bushings are harder to better work with the stiffer bar.

^^^^Did you not bother to use the link I went to the trouble of finding for you
It will tell you everything you need to know.
When I crawled under some IS models a couple of years ago, F-Sports and non F-Sports had the same Sway Bars and brackets. Maybe I missed something.

Breaking News. .... If you have a f sport package than the rear swar bay for 2008 will fit without the brackets. But if you have non f sport then you will need the brackets for 2009+ model except f sport package.
