Default APEXi N1 exhaust SILENCERS on GS300

Hi all.

Recently got a pair of APEXi N1 exhaust silencers for my GS as a gift. Thanks to those people who are nice enough to get me something that I want

here's the review
------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

when I got my N1 exhausts for my GS300, I immediately felt the improved acceleration on high-end, especially the freeways. But I sacrificed daily-local driving, since the lack of back pressure ruined the low and mid-end power. And since recently I got a speeding ticket on the freeway, it will be a long time til I start doin fast speeds on the freeway again. Therefore I wanted a pair of silencers for my N1s. I guess my friends heard me and they got me a pair on my birthday

APEXi really have some high-quality stuff. The silencers are painted a flat-non-reflecting-matte-black. They are not like the cheap silencers out there. For about 50 dollars each, they better be good quality

Installation took about 3 minutes. Plug-and-play, screw in the tightning screw. Then went out for a drive.

WHAT A DIFFERENCE!!! I immediately felt the acceleration improving when I stepped on the gas. Before, I had a lag, and I could feel the lack of exhaust gas coming out from the exhausts. It felt like I stepped on the gas but the car doesn't really move. Well now I feel more resistance from the gas pedal, and I can move at the same speed as before without barely touching the gas pedal.

The car is alot quieter now. I could say that my car doens't sound like a GS300 with exhaust, but more like a stock GS400 with L-Tuned It's still as deep, yet not as loud. Resonance is completely gone. I love it.

Any GS300 owners with exhausts out there, some people might feel the same feeling that I had. Lack of low end power. Well these silencers are really nice. I would recommend them to anyone out there with 115mm tip exhausts (like APEXi N1s, GT-Specs, HKS Hipers, etc. I think Blitz NUR-spec too?)

If anyone's interested, I have a pair of brand new ones for sale. Please check the OTHER CLASSIFIED section.

Yeah thanks for the info, you make me want to get exhaust now. How much did you get the N1 exhaust for?

around 200+tax each, and then 150 for custom mendrel-bent piping so it's a bolt-on instead of welding on.

hi

drilling holes wouldn't be a problem if you don't mind doing so

These silencers should fit on ALL 115mm exhaust tips, but not easily on HKS exhausts (HKS has their own silencer, and they use 2 screws on the left and right instead of just 1).

Like Will said, I have a pair on classified. Please contact me if you're interested. thanks.

thanks will
