Twin Turbo GS400 Update

Mariusz,
Do u mind post some more pictures. Its very interesting setup. I only examine the pictures you posted at www.lexushp.com. The exhaust pipes lobe around the front of the engine and behind the radiator. Due to such a tight setup and the heat might be a problem in the long run.
Do u notice the engine temperature is higher now? The turbos are very close to the radiator. You might have problem with your engine. and other plastic parts around the hot exhaust.
Beside the hot exhaust, the system looks beautiful. Where can i read more about the turbo system. ie, Injectors size, fuel pump, computer control, fuel regulator, FMU? Intercooler?
My 90 LS400 TT is about 97% finished. It runs very strong and spool up very quick. Some of the improvement in the near future will be a low mount intercooler.
If you dont mind, sharing the GS TT system will be greatly appreciated.

I just noticed the same thing on my PC, the vid is 2+ and it says 7 minutes. Though still you should be able to view the video, I don’t understand why you can’t view it.
I will make another video with corrected time and setting.
Sorry richie for the trouble you’ve been having. Hopefully I will correct that issue with the next vid.
Pete..

Richie. Here's what happened, when I did the video and time came to export the video into divx, I exported the whole timeline instead of just the marking IN/OUT marking points.

Took my car to SP Engineering and dyno my 12 years old with 150,000 miles LS400. At 8 psi the car produce 324.5 rwhp and 324.7 rwtq. The car run slightly lean at middle range. I readjust my piggyback. With more tunning and a low mount intercooler, i should get around 350-375 rwhp. I can post the print out if you want.
If my memory serve me correctly, the stock 90 LS400 was dynoed at 172 rwhp. I gained around 152 rwhp.
Stock 1st Gen LS400:
172 rwhp = 240 bhp , its about 29% hp is lost
TT 8 psi:
324.5 rwhp = 418.6 bhp, assuming 29% is being lost via drivetrain.
That put a smile on my face. All the hard work pay off.
