Default My turbo IS300... Finished for the most part

mods:

non-vvti GE block, Pistons, Rods and GE rings, completely rebuilt with ACL bearings, balanced, yada yada yada

10.5:1 CR, give or take...

PTE 6765 turbo

1260cc injectors

A340 fuel pump, Aermotive AFPR, return-style fuel system

FMIC (retains 75% of crash bar)

HKS SSQV BOV

Tial 44 wastegate (dumped to atmosphere)

3" downpipe and custom exhaust, cutout underneath drivers side rear seat, continues on to factory muffler and tip

AEM EMS (30-6101)

AEM 3.5 bar MAP

AEM wideband

AEM boost control solenoid

Custom valve body mods

2x Trans coolers

(non-engine)

Eibach rear sway bar

Right now she is tuned on 20 psi, and is at the ragged edge of the transmissions limits... Plans to take care of that over the winter...

Inside, the gauges are hidden unless I want you to see them, and it looks stock as can be...

Here's a little snippet from vacation a week ago, just some part throttle into boost, then into enough boost to open the wastegate... Exhaust dump is closed, boost at 12 psi in the video...

Thanks!!!

I should add it runs and drives like it came this way from the factory... Aside from taking two extra cranks to start, it starts perfectly, my grandma could drive it... Thinking about an electric cutout, but worried about reliability, I've seen some get stuck first hand that weren't very old...

Yea and there are spammy different brands of cutouts and you never know which ones which actually work or end up breaking or getting stuck

Spent last night and today doing some more...

Boost by speed now works, as I figured out the VSS wiring

Fuel pump rewired and AEM controls it

Trans temp (factory sender) is now logged and available in the AEM EMS

Check engine light is now a shift light

blew an IC coupler off when I was doing a log the other night at 20 psi, coupler stayed on long enough to log 375 wtq at 5000 rpm... since its auto, hard to get all the way into boost before that without it downshifting...

Upgraded to -8an feed, -6an return, built a -8 fuel rail, and installed GM LQ9 coils...

Made 480 whp, 495 wtq on only 23 psi and still lots of tuning to go... (I have 4-6 degrees of timing I'm sure I can add above the spool area too).

Stock cams and factory a650e trans too...
She's tuning and boost away from 550 whp, at which point a second a340 pump is needed, but I've already plumbed and wired for it...
