^Both will be pressurized, because the oiling system in the motor is sealed.
To definitively know which is which, we would need confirmation on which of the two ports that leads to the two small ports (see 12101C) in the pan sub-assembly (12101) that leads to the top-end of the motor. The one that leads to the top end of the motor is the filtered port.
Problem is I cannot find a single "real" photo online of this sub-assembly pan to confirm anything.

I'm happy to be boosting again! Just like before... The car feels way quicker than stock. I do notice there is slightly more lag compared to the smaller turbos but overall it feels awesome! I've been without boost for about a week and a half so I'll be letting the ECU relearn itself and hopefully I can get into the dyno by the end of the week.
The new oil pump made a huge difference. Instead if having to run a pusher and a puller pump, I'm just running a puller pump (sucks the oil oils of the return side back into the tank). It's nowhere near as loud as some vette and gto guys claimed it to be.

Drove the car around for about 75 miles so far and the car pulls and spools so much harder than with the small turbos. However... I did notice that my boost gauge is only showing max of 2 psi at WOT. I have a feeling that something is of here unless I need to adjust the tension on both internal wastegates. If this is how it feels with 2psi... I can't wait to see what it does with 7psi!!

^I forget, from where did you get the source for the boost gauge? On the intake manifold?
First check that the line for the boost gauge is good and tight. Then triple check all of the I/C piping; could be a boost leak. Have you upgraded to proper T-bolt clamps yet? Here's a simple DIY for finding a boost leak :
If you then confirm you're all tight, then move on to adjusting the WG actuator arms.

You really need to get that thing to the dyno and get a wideband installed. Bigger turbo's = more airflow = leaner AFR's. Most internally gated turbo's come set at 6-8psi and I doubt you're losing 10+ psi through the piping and IC unless you've got a serious leak (it should be audible if it's that bad). Check back over your boost gauge connections and don't be afraid of using zip ties.
Also, do you have any in-car footage of the boost gauge and instrument cluster while driving under boost?

I was doing some research on rear mounted turbo setups and I read somewhere that for every foot of piping you lose about .6-.8 lbs of boost. If that is correct then 2 8lb internal wastegate turbos =16lbs - 13 ft of piping = 10.4lbs lost minus the pressure drop from the intercooler... 2 lbs doesn't seem to off at the intake manifold.
I don't hear any leaks. No CEL and everything sounds fine.
Made this video on my way to work this morning. 14:25 is really the only cool part worth watching. lol
I'll make a video of my gauges tonight on my way back home from work.
