P0171 and P0174 are both lean o2 sensors and WILL cause a rough idle and hesitation/bucking in lower rpms.
It's likely because of the extra oxygen in the exhaust, a leak and or a maf issue.
These would actually pop up in the is300 when the maf was dirty and cause the car to hesitate badly in low rpms.
And as you said, P0101 is the maf of all maf codes.....
After you confirm no leaks, bov functioning normally (how many ports??), etc. I'd move the maf at least 10" from your bov. Mine and 2 other setups I did were 12" apart.

Checked all my clamps, hoses and bov and they're all good. No leaks. I moved the MAF sensor back towards the stock location and the car wouldn't even start. I did this simply by flipping the pipe upside down and since that didn't work I just put it back towards where it's been for the past 2 days (Back to being 8" away from the bov). I cleaned the MAF sensor and the car turned on again. Now I'm rough idling at 900 and you can actually hear the turbos spooling at idle.
One thing I do want to point out is that there was a crap ton of oil on the lower intercooler hose. I'm sure that's by a good thing.
Drove the car around the block and it feels good again. Turbo seems to spool up quicker with less lag.

Bingo!!!
Finally got the idle situation under control. Took me a couple tries but I guess the MAF sensor needed to be back towards the stock position. The car idles perfectly now and no check engine light so far. Cold start is just at around 1100 then it drops down to around 700 without any rough idle.
Now I just have to figure out why the turbos are throwing smoke and my intercooler pipping is full of oil.
The car feels so much smoother and a lot faster. power comes in smoothly and without any hesitation.

I'm just glad to finally get the idle back to the way it's supposed to be. Tomorrow or Friday evening I'll pull the turbos off and inspect the oil feed lines. Hopefully I can pick up some stainless steel braided lines from GODSPEED once I'm at it. If worse comes to worse they said the turbos had 1 yr warranty, maybe they can replace them.

I'll be doing a dyno session right after I get the oil situation resolved. The car actually pulls really hard now. Just pulled up to a new body style 5.0 mustang gt and I kept up with him for maybe an 1/8 of a mile then he pulled away. Not sure of he was really pushing his car or not but I'm really impressed by the power this is making.
I did however have a problem when I went WOT on the fwy at about 100mph in 5th gear. The car went into limp mode. I had to pull off to the shoulder and restart the car. Restarted it and everything was fine again with no CEL.

glad you figured it out. depending on how well it works, I may consider doing this my self as well. But yeah, oil can be passing through the turbos. I would take off a section of the charge pipe before the intercooler (or even at the turbos), start up the car and rev it up a few times. put your hand in between and see if there is any oil seeping through.
The turbos are new so i can see godspeed not honoring a leaking turbo. I would also check your oil pressure that is not exceeding what the turbo can handle
