Clicking noise from right rear tire

I had the same thing but it was after I put my spacers on. What i did was take off the wheel and sand the inner center part of the rim where all the lug nuts make a circle. Make sure you tighten your lugs in a triangle to.

I cannot view YouTube vids at work, so I can only guess. Are you sure you've got no nails/screws/etc in the tire itself?
