Default Oil Level

Had my oil changed recently and the shop didn't fill it all the way. About a half quart too little. So I filled it up exactly to the maximum line on the dipstick after waiting 5 minutes. Checked it again today and it now shows that its slightly over. Probably about 1/8 of an inch. Should I drain it a bit? What do you guys think?

Just make sure that when you car checking the oil, your car has to be parked leveled. If its in a slight uphill, it'll registered lower then normal. If its slight downhill, it'll registered a little more full then normal.

Personally, I don't like to see either an under-fill or an under-fill. Both can cause future issues that you do not want.
