Whats the cheapest place to buy a k and n cone filter? Would I be better off buying it locally or online?

I would say go online. That is where I bought my filter from. I have found that their prices are anywhere from $10-$20 cheaper and you can find places that ship for free and you don't have to pay tax. That all adds up.
