Default S-AFc II part 2

Well after testing today I discovered that I'm only reading half the RPM's. So basically if I am going 6000 RPM engine speed it registers 3000. I'll have to look through the diagram to see what is going on. Very wierd. I have the wire hooked into the tach sensor but obviously the tach will double the signal. Now the S-AFC manual states to use T10A but I noticed the TPS was wrong on that manual. Should I try the RPM signal where they say to tap which is E2 pin 25? Anyone know what wire for RPM signal on the GS400?

look like the number of cylinder is not set correctly on your car,
set for 4 cyclinders (even you have a V8) that will correct your RPM display. at least, it works for me last time I installed an RPM monitor.

It worked. Tach reading is working perfectly now. Zero problems. How strange. Thanks BananaGS!
