Annnnnd. I'm back! My current S8 is for sale.. and again wanting to come back to a GS4/430 (or possibly another Aristo)-- but would love to get the A650E Button/Paddle shifting. Has anyone seen or heard anything on this yet? I've spent about an hour searching the web, but have yet to find anything new.. Unfortunately as these cars get even older.. seems the likelihood of development dwindles, but if someone figures this out... Woo Hoo!!

Just to update this.. Now that I'm back in a minty ole' 98' GS400.. I'm reminded that these shift nothing like a more modern tranny.. fairly slow and unresponsive compared to..[AMG car, AUDI S car, P car, etc]
That said.. I think I'm eventually going to (after I S/C it) swap in the ZF 8 speed tranny.. which will ALSO ( woo hoo! ) allow e-shift/paddle shifting. . https://www.garagewhifbitz.co.uk/dom...ox-conversion/

Just putting this here for anyone else who wanted to keep their 2UZ or 3UZ but upgrade other aspects of the vehicle.. I realize this is not a quick or inexpensive option.. but at least someone made it happen.

Do they have a UZ adaptor as well?

I don't know anything about how much a ZF 8HP costs, but if all it needs is that kit, the TCU, and a few odds and ends, the price doesn't seem any worse than doing a CD/JK swap.

I'm pretty sure they do; check their www. the GS chassis is listed I believe.

I don't see any mention of the UZ on the DomiWorks site. Kits for adapting a JZ and a UZ are not the same.
