BananaGS, I found in my junk box a brass reducer fitting. The small side fit the hose coming from behind the throttle body and the larger sidefit the hose that is in front of the housing. I use some screw type hose clamps and WALLA! no leaks. Worked great.

Would someone that did this modification please post the size of the coolant inlet and outlet (to and from throttle body) hoses? I'd like to pick up the correct "reducer" fitting at the hardware store this week so I can do the mod this weekend.

Notes: for those that from the North section of the US, if you get 32F more than 1 day at a time, this is NOT for you.

Sorry, I missed that part at the bottom of your post. 3/8" to 5/8" it is then
