Default IS300 vs GS300

This is the link that i am talking about.

http://www.jdmenginescorp.com/engine...uto-trans-swap

I have a 2001 Lexus Is300. Will this motor fit in my car with no problem? or would i have to do some modifications? if so, what kind of modifications are necessary?

I understand this link is for a Lexus GS300 , but is there a difference in putting the motor and trans in my Lexus IS300?
