Default Header + Turbo = ?

I am thinking about getting Toyomoto headers for my 2002, but I also know that I will be getting a turbo installed sometime this fall. I don't know much about how forced induction works, but I want to know if adding to the amount of air exiting my exhaust will effect the performance of the turbo. I know this might be a very simple...somewhat stupid question, but I have yet to be laughed at for anything I have asked in this forum. Any help you guys can give will be helpful.....thanks.

a turbo runs off of exhaust gases and this being the case it replaces the header w/ a manifold and downpipe.

in other words if you're getting a turbo don't get the header.

Thanks for the reply. I hate being new to the car scene...always makes me look like an idiot.
