IS200t tune

According to Mat at OV those are wheel power figures on their Stage 0 tune on a stock car running 91 oct.
238HP 300TQ
Thats really impressive, so we will have to see what these guys make once they get it.
Also OV has the capability to do datalogging, so custom tuning is available.

I have attached some images of our logger.
our logger can datalog and record all of the important PIDs for tuning and these are all based from toyota Proprietary enhanced PID logging format, so the capture rate is very very fast.
for our tune, our stage 0 tune adjusts :
- Peak allowable mid range throttle
- Peak allowable mid range boost
- dependency upon engine temps and learned mode (which I will discuss at a later time)
this is designed for use with a stock car, 91 octane. The map is nowhere near the "limit" of the engine.
est power: 275-300 ft lbs 240-245 hp
Stage 1 map will be - stock downpipe, full exhaust
all of stage 0 adjustments
fine detailing to fuel maps and ignition maps
raised boost limits in higher RPM
Torque control limits
Valve timing
est power : 300+ ft lbs 250-260+ hp
Stage 2 map will be:
all of stage 1 +
further enhancements for ignition
boost control (peak boost of 24 psi / 1.65 bar)
modifications necessary are FULL exhaust. stock intake is OK.
Valve timing adjustments (both valves)
Transmission control torque and shift related maps
Per gear shift controls
- Datalogging REQUIRED-
est power : 325+ ft lbs - 270+ HP
numbers are ESTIMATES based on what we have seen in the stock ECU and power capabilities. reaching 300 ft lbs on a stock car only requires minimal tuning adjustments (stage 0)

Yes, data logging is a game changer, it definitely peaked my interest! I am not sure why they are not on here, but in the meantime he will send information through me to share with you guys. If their base tune is getting close to 300 ft lb of torque then with my bolt ons i should be well beyond that. We will just have to wait and see what results these guys get.

I'm just gonna be here patiently waiting on results.

Thats awesome! Can't wait till you get it back on the dyno .I've added the charge pipe since my last dyno, so i am thinking of testing a couple gallons of E85 and see what kind of results we can get.

Thats awesome those are really the numbers that i was expecting after full bolt ons. lets see what they have to offer. i was always hoping for at least 250+ whp and almost 300wtq after having Intake, downpipe and full exhaust.i see that the peak psi would be 24 psi. Right now with the TTI tune we are peaking boost at 19 psi. I mean we all know the turbo its small and it has its limits.
I'm just gonna be here patiently waiting on results.

Now numbers like these seem much closer to what this 2.0T should really be doing! 325wtq // 280whp would do this car justice. Add some e85 and crank those numbers a bit higher 3xx whp and 3xx wtq would be awesome! I mean the RCF puts down around 400whp // 350wtq so those are solid numbers.
