I only say this because 22psi is good for 300+wheel torque. Hitting 19.5 psi should be right at 300wtq.

Quick log taken from our 93 ST0 Map.
log is 1rst gear from 2000 RPM all the way through the top of second gear.
ZERO THROTTLE REDUCTION.
ZERO TORQUE REDUCTION
Full Throttle Full Boost.

more is coming ...

How dramatic is the change in throttle response from a stop?

Also, any idea at this on pricing? Will price be comparable to the other tuning options that are currently out?

no pricing yet, not until our flash is finished and perfect.
The response is superb, matching transmission changes with it, and extending camshaft advance through mid range load makes the engine actually feel awake before 3000 rpm.
We do see considerably less boost in lower gears with no throttle restriction, which is normal. With 1rst / 2nd gear without limit peaking around 13psi.
4th gear will recover and peak 16-17psi through mid range.
Remember this is ST0 Flash stock car.

As soon as we finish up or ST0/1/2 maps we will be going straight to a larger turbocharger which is what this engine really needs.

Default Possible Throttle Delay Fix

Took my IS in for it's 20k service so I removed the BMS Stage 1 and holy cow I felt the difference immediately! Definitely makes a huge difference on the torque .I highly recommend it for all those out there who don't have it yet.

I took advantage and spoke to my service advisor about the horrible/dangerous throttle delay. I emphasized that it's not turbo lag. He said most of it is (of course, that's his job to blame it on the turbo lag) but he said Lexus is well aware of it. They have several complaints about it. I told him the 2019 IS newsletter stated the ECU had been revised to improve the throttle response. He said if that's the case then there's a big chance of them releasing the software upgrade. He said software. . .

Oh I already have a Stage 1, just wondering if the difference between the two would warrant the move to a JB4

I currently have the Tom's piggyback, may I know is the BMS stage 1 a huge improvement over it? Or should i just stay on Tom's for the moment till something dramatically better comes along?

No proven difference in power between Stage 1 and JB4 yet but once the system is fully developed it would have more tuning features resulting in better gains. Terry at BMS did mention that the upgrade kit would only be available for a limited time so i would take advantage of it.

On the very 1st post i have dyno results from both BMS and TOM's. The BMS proved to be the better piggyback system.

@Sheddy that synthetic delay is definitely still there with the TTI tune. Hope OV comes through for us.

Yes, the delay is still very noticeable.

Wow I’ve been gone a while from the forums. Nice to see I came back to some very exciting news I was starting to think that the tti stage 2+ was gonna be as good as it gets for the 200t community! I was starting to lose interest but now I can’t wait for this new tune I’m reading about

Damn I'm in California. I'll need to find a place that sells the upgrade.
