OrangeVirus Tuning,
I have high confidence in your Lexus EROM tune when it was first introduced this March.
So i immediately purchased your package on March 13th for my 2015 NX200T.
22.04.2019 Received my tune file:
- 78035 1.01F Erom 91.p5f
1st day driving with no problem and i can feel instant throttle response
2nd day driving for about 1/2 mile, check engine light on
Run DTC Error code: P2119-04-68 (Confirmed) Throttle Body Actuator
30.04.2019 Received my 1st fixed error file:
- 53Q22 1.01F01 Erom.p5f
Still the same code: P2119-04-EC (Confirmed MIL)
16.05.2019 Received my 2nd fixed error file:
- 53Q22 1.01G-C.p5f
It didn't transfer any data at all to the ECU and i cannot test drive it.
Flash back to stock file
Can you please double check for me whether the file 53Q22 you sent to me are really for my vehicle year 2015?
I hope that you will help me to solve the error code urgently as it's been more than a month already and i still haven't been able to experience any benefit from your product.
Your attention in this matter is urgently sought.
Thank you.

You're not the other 53Q22, the other person with this is in Hong Kong and does not have any issues, but we are looking into why it is occuring on the other persons car (posted above).
Right now it is just me working on all the code development so yes things are a little slow at the moment, but we are 95% there! and will continue to make improvements and fixes as fast as we can. I understand you guys are excited and want to be running our tune, just please bear with us while we get through the last remaining bits.
We are very confident that there is not any tune out there that can come close to what we have done so far, and remember this is only EROM 1.01. There is more to come.
We are also working on an all new logger for you guys

at the moment no, because the issue you get is right after flashing, so kind of difficult to really log anything.
If you are okay with it though, I'd like to send you 2 files to test so we can determine what is the cause of it.
believe me we really want you guys out there enjoying this tune, and most people really like 1.01G update. The code is just so extensive that certain ecus need an extra touch, and it takes a bit of time.

Hope everyone had a good holiday. We were closed for several days for Memorial day. We will be working this week to get everyone who is waiting on a file / update, updated this week.

Soo....since it seems the tune is not working on my car, and I can't do any data logs because I have windows 10. What options do I have to get this resolved? Are you guys working on version compatible on windows 10?

The new logger isn't something that can be completed over night, we are working on it as fast as we can.
We are doing our best to provide you guys more than anyone else has in the past few YEARS, but this can take some time for us to push out all this new stuff.

I have Win10 Pro and can log without issues and without having to enable compatibility mode. What message are you getting when you try to open the logger?

Just flashed car 3 hours ago and all i can say is wow! What a difference this tune makes. After I flashed I turned the car on and let it idle for a few minutes as instructed. As soon as I hit the throttle the car revved much quicker and immediately knew we were in for a treat. Throttle lag is almost non existent (what i disliked the most), peak boost is higher and holds longer, and transmission shifts where it should (higher rpms) and it feels much smoother. Overall I am very pleased. This is the way the car should have came from the factory as it feels safe to drive (throttle lag is so dangerous!) and its just a joy to drive now. It may not be really quick, or fast, or what have you, but its definitely a different car now. Looking forward to the continued development of this tune and getting a catted downpipe down the line. Thumbs up to Matt and OVTune team for their excellent work.

How is fuel economy with the OV tune?
The throttle responsiveness and less than ideal shifting pattern of the transmission, especially in normal mode seem to eat a lot of fuel economy. I haven't really bothered collecting hard numbers, but general observation over the last week driving in manual mode is I can gain about 100km a tank over automatic if I'm not driving too hard. I was averaging 600-700 km a tank driving 50/50 highway/city into/out of work in Toronto and with manual mode for even just a third my drive it appears I'm seeing probably 800 km a tank or better.
Highly interested in this just due to better throttle response and better transmission programming alone as the sluggishness of the throttle and power delivery at certain engine speeds is probably my biggest issue with the car, but fuel economy as well is up there. I hear the 2019 car has different ECU programming, no clue how it compares to my 2017 IS200T.
