You are killing me lol, I had to choose between a WRX or the IS200t.
Ended up picking the IS200t, but everytime I see one I can't help but wonder if I picked incorrectly.

Is there any way to check my KCLV without techstream? If not, where can I get the techstream and is it expensive?

I'm on the OV tune now too and drivability is definitely better but I'm not sure if the car has any more power

Check it with the OBD Fusion app (iOS/Android)

I encourage anyone to do since it is universal across many cars and more knowledge can be learned about the behavior of the OVTune.

OBD Fusion, this is what the IS-F guys use.
However you will need a bluetooth OBD adapter to plug into the vehicle.
I think all ELM327 BT adapters work but unsure, will be buying one soon since using techstream is bothersome (Laptop vs Phone).
Should cost <$50 total for the whole setup.
I believe you will need to buy an additional In-app purchase to be able to read the PIDs specific to the vehicle.

Need:
$29 BT adapter
$10 App
$10 In-app purchase

IS-F monitor KCLV with OBD Fusion:
https://www.clublexus.com/forums/is-...0-oh-my-4.html

$29 OBD BT adapter (One that most IS-F guys use):
Amazon Amazon

OBD Fusion (Apple) $10:

OBD Fusion (Android) $5:

IS-F with a golden KCLV of 25+ (E85 tune)

If, after several logs and refinements, your tune was tailored to your vehicle's mods, shouldn't one expect KCLV to be closer to 0 / neutral, since the "new base" tune doesn't need to adjust for your vehicle anymore? Is that how it works?

Nice! Are you doing anything special?
I ran identical conditions between them.
Same fuel, route, driving characteristics, and operating time but KCLV was on the opposite side of the spectrum.
ECU resets were done after both flashes to put them into the default 15 learning value.
Stock went immediately up but OVTune went immediately down.

Things that negatively affect KCLV (most common):
High intake temps
Poor fuel
Carbon build-up
Non-aggressive driving (engine rpms)
High sea-level attitude

It definitely is a lot more fun. I do miss the MPG and luxury of the Lexus...at times.

If the IS200t had more performance support i wouldn't have gotten this.

I'm running ST1.01. The others didnt have the touchy throttle so I went back to it. OV said they can add the 1.01 throttle settings to 1.01G so I'm just waiting on that

Default Has anyone gotten this tune for the 2018+?

I've been watching this thread, waiting for folks to pipe in with their experiences.

I see that some 2018+ owners were having issues with this tune....is that still the case?

I would love to get rid of the throttle lag and the lazy shifting trans on my car. I can't believe Lexus (Toyota) unloaded these cars to the public with such a badly matched engine/tranny tune.

TIA
