For those who are tuned I think this is a must have since it does feel a bit more responsive! You're getting better air flow to the intercooler, a more durable pipe and also there's space for an aftermarket BOV.

guys my stage 2 is officially on and MAN with my full bolt on its a complete different car, will try to get a dyno done though tempreture is crazy here 50c+ so no amount of weather correction will help J

Truthfully, I am skeptical of an increase in response with a change to the charge pipe. I'd like to see some data to back that up before making that purchase. If the data is there, then by all means.
I don't mean to sound like a d**k...just my $0.02.

i dunno. i'd suspect that having a more durable pipe is a good thing when you're running added boost and supporting exhaust/down pipe mods. the pipes have been known to go on the 328s when tuned... however the 328i makes stock what our cars make fully fully tuned out (so far) haha

I understand. An increase in response does not necessarily mean an increase in power. The upgraded charge pipe is precautionary since the OEM plastic pipe can crack under higher boost pressure, that is why i recommended it for those who are tuned. Another benefit as IS200tFOWL brought up is that there is a port for a boost gauge which can be beneficial to Non- F Sport owners.

without breaking or leaking is definitely true but more boost am not sure the turbo can handle to begin with 🤔
