Somebody told my friend that with full bolt on's and a dyno tune he would be pushing close to cla45 amg power.

Makes me think also that we are pushing 19 psi with stage 2 but only reaching 245 whp (in my case) its problably because of the turbo? i dont know much about tuning i'm only waiting on more R & D lol

I found this video in which they claim 318whp on a cla 250 with the following mods

HG Motorsports Performance Cold Air Intake
HG Motorsports Performance Intercooler
HG Motorsports Performance 2.5 In Turbo Back Exhaust System w/ downpipe
HG Motorsports Performance ECU Tune
Blow-Off Valve
Dyno Tuned at 318WHP
This car is running 11 psi of boost pressure.

I'm also waiting on R&D, hopefully sooner rather than later. I hate to say it but most bmw 328i f30's put down almost 235 whp completely stock, forget a benz. Let's give it some time and see what Tony can come up with. We have about the same internals if not slightly better than the n20 so i don't see why we couldn't get into the same range of power. It just seems like a game of catch up which might take awhile considering the complexity/size of the factory 8AR ecu.

Went and looked at a 14' 328i 6 speed m pkg today, my god the damn' thing bangs. Also eyeing the Dinan Stage 3 n20 performance package,323 wHP, 336 wTQ on a stock turbo, all covered under warranty by BMW. They also have an upgraded stock turbo, stage 4, which they say is good for 450 whp on n20 forums. Its still safe to say I haven't switched to the dark side yet, a bmw will never be as smooth/reliable as a lexus.

Afternoon all, I'm installing the downpipe and could use some top pictures of downpipe installed. For those that installed the downpipe, where you able to use all the heat shields? I'm installing the sport downpipe for TTI. Thanks in advance

Extremely happy Thank you TTI and Tony!!!!
Installed Stage 2 couple hours ago and had to check on brothers dogs which he lives across the city. Perfect opportunity for test run, acceleration from stop did improve and pick up speed driving through traffic making it much more fun to drive. Downpipe does make minimal noise at start up but goes away quick, so no big deal.

That's awesome! The downpipe with high flow CAT does get a little louder at cold starts, but once warmed up it's fine! Enjoy the extra power there will be more to come!

Another one of these "piggyback" systems. Honestly after testing 4 different boxes on the stock setup (RaceChip, VRTuned, Burger Tuning, & TOM'S) the Stage 1 re flash still gave me the best performance.

They claim a stage two piggyback on they're website. The numbers look promising and from what I'm seeing its done on a complete stock car?

Yea the "JB4" is full version of BMS piggyback for BMW's.

They did create a prototype for the Lexus 200t which i had the pleasure of testing for them and it used JB4 program just to adjust target boost levels. This piggyback was the best one i've tested since it made some really great torque numbers (270+wtq) on the stock motor.

*Correction*
They may have a few systems available to the public soon. I'll keep you guys posted.

Yeah the bms increases torque alot looks like that's due to the increased boost numbers but the hp doesn't top out any higher than stock. This other tune looks to be a different story incorporating more engine tuning in addition to increased boost. They claim 439 nm on a stock car, check out the website http://www.essingperformancecenter.c...ge-2-elite-car

I still like the reflash much more but we need someone to try this piggyback
