Well, couple of updates. Finally got to Drive the car!!!! Very excited.
Still very rudimentary for now with the wiring and starting, etc.. No gauges, tach, speed or Anything wired inside the car yet. So, starting it under the hood for now.
Two of the biggest items yet to be determined was the OEM lexus Clutch mechanics and the Electric Steering. Im happy to report that both work with no intervention/modification, nothing. flawless.
The factory clutch master salve turns out to be adequate/comparable in bore size to operate the LS1 Clutch properly! It was a matter of hooking up the two Hydraulic (LS1, and OEM Lexus) lines to each, and boom functional.
The next thing was the the steering being functional. And so far, it works and turns on as soon as the car sees speed via the ABS.
Short videos of my first drive, Still no exhaust, Open header.
This past week, i did connect the exhaust, Bolted the motor down and have been pulling in and out of the shop daily.
The next and last thing to do on the list is finish the wiring and make everything functional inside with the start button, gauges, Check engine light, Etc...
The a/c will have to wait until next year when its hot enough to need it again!!!

Close to 500 miles now on the car
Have been Daily Driving it to work for the past few weeks.
I got rid of the stock exhaust over the New Year Weekend, and Fabbed up a Custom Deal from some Random takeoffs/parts/Scrap around the Shop.
It sounds so ridiculous, Just like a Corvette should, It just isn't right! But I love it. Doesnt Drone on the highway, fairly quiet inside the car and LOUD AF when you romp on it.
As far the rest of the any other loose ends, we have on issue to work through to make it all 100% and that is down to the Coolant Temp Gauge. I Initially hooked it up on a Stand alone Lexus Sensor from the Original engine and it functions as intended, BUT...... The Grounds needed to Run that circuit of the PCM Trip the CAN BUS network out the Electric Steering will quit assiting. So the Solution IMO is to build a simple device to supply the Electric Steering a Toyota based Crank Signal and Everything will be just like it supposed to be. But for now, Its not something that bothers me currently or is a priority for my car. Plus, I can monitor Coolant Temp other ways.
Got to install my BC coils after 3 years of collecting dust!! It is so much fun to drive now. The only thing that really bothers me is the OPEN diff.
I have been on the hunt for an is300 LSD unit with 3.93 gears at the junkyards lately. Its going to be a night and day difference... This things one wheel peals non stop, its so disappointing !!!!
Other then that, I have a Sloppy stage 2 LS cam and Spring setup I'm going throw in it this coming week and a ZEX nitrous kit I picked up on Craigslist for CHEAP!!!
So, in the next few weeks, this things should be a beast!!! Hoping to make at least 600+whp on the gas

Don't forget the GT86/BRZ LSDs will work in those carriers as well!
What wheel/tire setup are you ultimately going to fit in the rear there in order to be able to hook all of that power?
