Default Best 'quiet' exhaust

Hi team,

I have an IS350 2nd gen. I am wanting to get a nicer sound out of the exhaust so it sounds better than stock, but I don't want a huge trumpet out the back that shatters every window that I drive past. I know a lot of people want to modify their exhausts to get the biggest loudest baddest sound, but I simply want something that will sound better.

I think as long as it sounds nice on startup and when revved up is good, but I hate when it just drones on when cruising.

Louder than stock is fine, but maybe only 20-30%. Do any of yourselves know what would be a good exhaust for my IS350?

Cheers!

Alternatively. You can put a minimal muffler on or have a straight mid pipe and keep your axel mufflers. Or keep mid pipe resonators and delete rear mufflers.

its around $50 for a shop to cut out your mid pipe resonators.

Just throwing that option out there.

+1 for tanabe. (Most quiet of the exhausts). I have the tsudo which is kind of loud but nothing crazy.
Folks have compared the tanabe to a stock g35 growl.

Ill echo everyone else and as a owner of the Tanabe system I've got to say Tanabe is the quietest. It's literally nothing under 4k and even afterwards it's not super loud either

I threw an Invidia catless mid-pipe on my car and have had an overwhelming amount of compliments on the noise. I hear that it sounds "exotic" the most.

Barely noiser then stock but a nice tone. No CEL, and I got this one gently used for $100 locally. Just tossing it out there, zero drone.
