Default O2 Sensor

Hi All.

I'm planning to replace my O2 sensor on my 98 GS 400
it has over 100K miles
still runs great.

question is:
How and where is O2 sensor. is it worth to replace it your self? difficulty level.
I've replaced all the sparkplug + oil + filter + trans my self.

Cheers

there's two by the way. I have a 2JZ and the first one is right behind the first set of resonator and the other is right after the cat.
