HELP - Throttle Body By Pass

I have done this mod about 4-5 months ago and I feel it works very well. You can try this another way without taking the throttle body off. and You don't need to take the use the PCV valve. I just bypassed the throttle body and "capped" the hose leading from the TB (lower small hose) and removed the top (large hose) and capped the ends. I don't think you need to have the water flowing. You will need to make sure you use a plug that fits securely. I used a small hose clamp to secure the lower plug. I'll try to post pics of what I mean a little later today.

I've given up on this PCV valve route - it ain't coming out - I even tried drilling it out. I put everything back together and will hit an autopparts store to truy to find a coupling this afternoon, or tomorrow.
Thanks for the tip Ricky. I'm not a fan of blocking it off though - I want the coolant to still flow.
