Default Wrong intake?

so I reached out to a local supplier about an injen intake for my 17 200t and was wondering if I made the right choice? I'm supposed to meet him on Saturday to pick it up but I don't want to buy it then realize I could have gotten a better one if I had just looked around more..cause usually with my luck that always happens 😅 Anyone got any recommendations before I pick up the injen one?

You did fine, lots of turbo owners are running the Injen system with no complaints

My issue with the open filter intake design like Injen is that it is still getting warm air from the engine bay. I ended up sticking with the stock air box and just using a drop in K&N filter.

well isn't that what all Short ram intakes do? My first choice was the F sport filter but I went to the dealer and asked but he said they haven't made one for the model I got..

Yes, thats why i prefer to keep the OEM air box. All 3rd gen IS air filters are compatible, so it will fit.
