Default Idea? 2JZ-GTE, conversion to a full manual?

Ok, this is not something I'm planning to do, since I want to keep my car nice and reliable...BUT. I know a lot of people who have considered doing the Supra 2JZ-GTE swap. And the issues involved have already been mentioned in several threads that I've searched

But, let's say you want to convert it to a manual transmission as well? There are some options, take an IS manual, ok, or the Supra, but what about the clutch pedal? Would it be way out of the realm of feasibility to relocate the parking brake lever, and use the parking brake pedal for the clutch pedal?

With my knowledge of cars and manuals being about 1/2 of what many people know, this is just something I thought of. I know the pedal is a bit far to the left, but I could get used to it, if I really did want to try something crazy like this.

It can be done no problem but is obviously custom fabbing and I'd say many of thousands of dollars just for labor. As for the ECU you'll have to use a Supra manual ECU that correesponds to that motor and you may lose a lot of current things. Not sure how it will effect things like your dash/instruments, traction control and many others.

You're fine. Fabbing is easier now for the project... thanks to Factory wiring harness (US Supra TT MKIV) and AEM EMS.
