Whatever Lexus recommends from the factory. Check your owner's manual.

Use Lexus plugs (Denso), part number is 90919-01249. The Denso part number is FK20HBR11. Be wary of where you buy them, many of the ones that are significantly cheaper (e.g. $40-50 for a set of 6 vs $70-90ish) are fakes. Check who is selling them, if it's not shipped/sold by Amazon, or from some Lexus dealer selling on eBay/Amazon, don't buy them.

Denso Iridium TT Spark Plug IKBH20TT, very affordable from rockauto and they run great. Don't buy denso plugs from eBay, me and flowrider got duped with fake denso oem plugs lol

The OE plugs from my local Lexus dealership were ~$28/plug Canadian, plus tax. Really not that bad compared to my mom's Nissan Versa that has $45 spark plugs somehow.
