BMS Intake
Hey guys,
Have any of you tried the intake filter from Burger? Just been debating on the AEM or Injen intake. Then I saw this video on YouTube of the BMS Intake filter and sounds really nice.

I've had it before. It is a good product, but gave a lot of turbo noises which was a bit much for my liking.

I think any open cone filter intake would give you a lot of turbo noise, thats why i went with the HPS intake tube and F Sport filter since it utilizes the stock airbox and keeps the sound classy IMO.

Yeah and that's where I'm stuck. The bypass sound is nice but not sure if I'd be wanting that everyday. I'm 25 years old so all that still gets me excited lol. I'm actually more hesitant on an exhaust. Don't want to sound all ricey and be the guy with the loud exhaust in the neighborhood. Love your set up by the way Sheddy. Super jelly!

Haha not that you're getting old it's just annoying and if the exhaust is ricey then even worse! I'm gonna decide soon on an intake and probably order one this week. Waiting on Josh at Meraki to respond. Then pull the trigger on the BMS piggyback next month.

I also had the BMS intake and removed it because it was too loud and it just had too much air suction noise when not driving aggressively. I wouldn’t worry about exhaust aounding ricey if you just plan on doing an axle back. It’s barey noticeable

As I am the first reported 200T user coast to coast to install and implement the F Sport filter (including with associated F sport intake mod) to a 200T, I can say I don't regret it. don't forget about the charcoal filter.

I'm in SoCal and it's impossible to pick up a BMS intake. I tried to buy one off eBay and the guy cancelled the sale because I'm in Cali. Does anybody have one that they're looking to sell?

How loud does it make it?
I’ve seen people say it makes the turbo sound too loud and some say you can barely hear it. I just installed mine and definelty am underwhelmed with how quiet it is. Is it supposed to be loud? Is there anything in installation that i maybe missed?
