Going to get the PPE headers for my IS250 and I’m in Colorado. Don’t mind driving a little ways if there’s a reasonable priced shop that does good work

I think most shops will quote you between $500 - $800. I paid around $500 for my install. I would check for shops that have preferably installed these headers on an IS before. The shop I use now had installed the PPE longtubes on several IS-Fs before. It could save you on labor hours.

Save some money and do them yourself. Not a hard job at all and took me roughly 2 hours total. Get two jack stands and ask a friend for help. They bolt into place pretty easily.
And no, you do not have to pull anything off the engine to remove the factory headers.
