2001 lexis gs 430

I'm considering purchasing a lexus gs 430, that has 256k miles. the car is in great condition seller is asking 6k. any advice is appreciate. the car is over priced acordingto edmunds.

its over prices with that mileage.... also does he have receipts to show its been maintained? thats the important factor
