I was wondering if any users with muffler delete kept it or if you ended up switching to something else soon after? Also, should I get the RR Racing tune before or after i switch exhaust or does it not matter?

 

An ECU Tune will usually factor exhaust upgrades, so I would check directly with RR Racing

 

I did a muffler delete with the stock exhaust and was satisfied for a couple months. I ultimately ended up buying an Ark Grip just about two months ago and I absolutely love the sound of the car (although, I did hack the exhaust up and removed its resonators and its secondary cats)

 

I dont reccomend muffler deletes at all, especially with our car. When i was installing my q300, i left any kind of mufflers off, i lost all my low end torque. It sounded absolutely amazing but function comes before anything else. Maybe it had something to do with an open midpipe, i dont know, but thats what happened to me with no mufflers.

 

Just an update. I had the mufflers deleted about 2 months so far. I really enjoy the noise, only drone is really at 88 mph in 8th gear.
